Today we had practice from 12 in the morning but everyone was late except Msanii, he's always on time, so we others came late, sorry dude !

And after that we had to practice harder, but Msanii didn't feelt so good after the hard practice so he went to sleep for a while , and Me i'm sick as ****, and everyone was tired so we didn't practice so much and the weather here in sweden gothenburg sucks it's raining and is cold.

This week i'm going away way with my family Poogi and Msanii is going away for the Twisted Feet Summer Camp so it's only U-turn Casquette left here so i not gonna be able to rite here for a week but i'm gonna rite when i get home.

Now i'm gonna rest all day and see if i get better soon. Take care you guys !!

It's me Nyoka, whats up? something new?



Today I was with, U- Turn Casquette and Poogi we were out jammin with some friends, it was chill, after that i went home, watching some clips on youtube and now i'm chillin at home.

So Lefteez was supposed to practice today but we couldn't becasue we didn't have anywere to practice is kind of hard to find a place to practice here in summer time becasue everything is closed, but we started on our show yesterday, we gonna have it 7th agust at Club Fresh so stop by if you can!

Now i'm gonna tell you a little bit about me, Nyoka thats my nickname in the dance world, you know life between dance and your private life is a big diffrens just to let you know lool.
So now about me.. hmm dont really know what you wanna know, hmm yeah I dance New Style a little bit Poppin but i like the New style more, lefteez has really strong New Stylers and thats why i love them they want the dance so bad, they wanna reach there goals as I do and we gonna make it together we are like a family yeah yeah every group says that but this is for real this is the new generation, I love them and now back to me lool i been danceing for 4 years now but i didn't take the dance serious untill 1 year and half back so i been practice my freestyle for 1 year and a half i think dont really remember. Now i have to go to sleep its getting late but i'll be back!

Nyoka here just wanted to stop by and say hi, today was the lefteez out at riddim rockerz big up to the people there and the good music, we had a blast and the battle was dope two of our crew members was in the battle, big up and to akatsuki ashkan and sasha.

Now a little bit about our crew, we are four people in the crew two boys two girls and me i just got in the crew and i love them we are like a family really we can talk about everything and we always have fun together and all of us take the dance really serious we all wanna go far, travel and be in alot of competions so look out for us oh lolo .

In this blog we gonna tell you guys about the life as a crew battles and when we travels gonna put up some videos, pictures hope you gonna enjoy it.
